Q: [How Do I Take A Test]
A: Taking a test on JETC Online is as easy as 1,2, 3.... 

1.    Click on Student Log-In
2.    Enter Your Student ID & Password
3.    Once Logged In select the button of the test you want to take!

You may be asked to RE-Enter your Student ID... Once completed your results will show on the screen and following shortly will be  your certificate.


Q: [As A Facility How Do I Enter New Employees]
A: To enter a new employee click on Facility Log-In
    Then Enter your User ID and Password
    Once Logged In Click on Enter New Student
        After Submitting you will receive an Email without the user ID of the Student however shortly thereafter you will receive the Students ID and Password.  Should you need immediate attention simply call: 1(877) 659-0900.

Q: [As a Facility How Do I Remove an In-Active Employee]
A: Simply Follow these steps

1.    Click on Facility Log-In
2.    Enter Your User ID & Password
3.    Once Logged Enter the Students ID into the correct area,
       and then click Employee Search
4.    Click EDIT and change the ACTIVE to INACTIVE
5.    Click Submit and it is done...
